INN AMENITIES
All Eighth Pole Inn bedrooms and suites have individual central air and heat in the rooms, plus complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, parking, and beautiful views of the gardens and paddocks. A full breakfast, plus coffees, teas, soft drinks, snacks, and hospitality service are all included in the single rooms and suites’ total cost.
Each guest also has access to the den with its 65″ ultra/HD TV with all available satellite channels including the racing network with all N. A. tracks, movie channels and sports packages, basement with bar and pool table along with 2 55″ ultra HD tv’s with same satellite functions. Eighth pole also offers various sitting areas with beautiful gardens to walk and the quintessential horse country landscape as you will be on a working horse farm in the middle of it all.

STAY REQUIREMENTS
Eighth Pole Inn requires a minimum 2-night stay at all times.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Eighth Pole Inn accepts three major credit cards as well as cash.
Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to the day of check-in. We reserve the right to charge your card for 1 night of your stay if cancellation is made within the 7 day window and we are not able to fill the room.
Please try to be specific with your check in time, we are a small operation with limited staff. We can accomadate any check-in time between 3pm and 9pm, just let us know. Text or call Jason at 1-859-230-9040 with approximate arrival time.
PET POLICIES
Unfortunately due to the nature of the bed & breakfast and the fact that we are a working horse farm, pets are not allowed to be a part of your stay at the inn.
SPECIAL NOTICES
- Eighth Pole Inn is NOT an ADA-compliant facility as set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act’s 2010 Standards for Accessible Design.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning, damages to or breakage of the Inn’s property. Final expenses will be based upon actual documented costs, plus any lost income.
- Eighth Pole Inn does not accommodate children under the age of sixteen.
